Donations for the raffle baskets:
I want to thank everyone who has donated artwork to the SUFA Holiday Boutique Raffle. We are most thankful for your generosity. This is a reminder that we will be accepting donations until Friday,
October 26, 2026.
1. RAFFLE DONATIONS!!!
You can also drop off your artwork at one of the following locations:
The Artisans Gallery on Howe: The box is located in the gallery’s kitchen. Drop off from Tuesday through Saturday during scheduled gallery hours, and 12:30 to 4:30 on Sunday.
Legacy Park: Tracy Middleton, 4033 Traditions Court. Place your artwork in the plastic bin on the front door.
Founders: Carol Szot, 2451 St. James Drive. Place your artwork in the box at the front door
NOTE: All of these containers are checked throughout the day. Please make sure your name is on your piece or attach your card to the donation. Please include the value of your donation. If you need one, there are forms inside the donation receptacles. That information is tabulated in order for us to determine in-kind contributions from our members. A raffle donation letter for tax purposes will be e-mailed to you following the Holiday Boutique.
We need to get all the boxes ready for the boutique so the cutoff date for donations is Monday, October 26, 2026.
2. SELL TICKETS TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS:
Every year we invite members to sell tickets for the Holiday Boutique raffle. There are 6-packs of tickets at the gallery that you can purchase and sell to family and friends. There will be raffle tickets available at the General Meeting on October 26.
We encourage you to sell tickets to friends and family. If you sell them all or buy them for yourself, extra tickets for Artisans and Patrons will be available at the Gallery or from me, Tracy Middleton. You can call me at

The tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 - cash or credit card purchases only. There is a SKU for processing sales through the gallery just like any other gallery sale. Purchasers should print their name, home, and cell phone numbers on the ticket. Return the tickets and the funds received as outlined below.

The Artisans Gallery on Howe, before noon on Wednesday, November 4. Tickets go in the raffle jar and monies will be processed through the gallery. Place the tickets in the raffle jar at the front desk.
When you are promoting tickets sales, emphasize (1) 100% of the ticket sales support Stepping Up for Arts. The money is used to support art education and college scholarships for Brunswick County students, and (2) ticket holders do not have to be present at the Boutique to win a Raffle Basket.
In addition to selling tickets to friends and neighbors, tickets are for sale at the gallery. The tickets are in a blue bank bag in the top drawer, near the register. The SKU to use for ticket sales is taped to the base of the register. A second copy is in the blue bank bag. Instructions for Gallery sales are posted on the top of the wrapping center near the phone.
3. RAFFLE BASKET DRAWING:
The baskets will be on display and tickets will be sold both days of the Holiday Boutique November 6th and 7th. The drawing will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 7th. Winners will be called; they do not have to be present to win.
