New Clover POS System

As we are all becoming familiar with the new system and trying out various functions, Please be mindful of the following

1. Use TEST  mode to practice various functions. Again Use Test Mode when practicing on the register

2. Make sure there is a RED BAR at the top of the screen  when practicing

3. Double check that there is a RED BAR at the top before practicing

4. DO NOT practice sales or refunds in Active mode

5. DO NOT practice a refund with a credit card (credit cards create fees)

6. DO NOT CLOSE OUT. (Close Out Icon)This is done automatically, and can affect the bank feed if done off schedule

7. Practice before or after hours or when there are no customers. This will avoid creating transactions that are meant to be practice but are entered into the system as sales.
