About the event

Marbling Paper and Putting It to Use

Instructor: Carol Kidd

No experience required — just come ready to create!

Paper marbling is one of the oldest decorative art techniques in the world, and in this hands-on workshop, Carol Kidd will walk you through its history and teach you how to do it yourself. You'll create several projects using your own marbled paper, including notecards, journal covers, notepad covers, and bookmarks — all yours to take home. Light refreshments will be served.

Carol Kidd is a seasoned artisan and instructor with years of experience in oil painting and decorative arts in textiles, glass, needle crafts, paper design, and wood. Her workshops are always well received. Find Carol's original work at The Artisans Gallery on Howe and at the Artisans Association's seasonal events.
